Cartier - Saudi Arabia

Adaptability and versatility are two of the treats we are known for. This was demonstrated by our successful pop-up boutique for the prestigious luxury brand Cartier in Saudi Arabia. We collaborated closely with our London-based agency client to create this masterfully crafted fit-out to promote Cartier's Panthere brand launch in the Middle East.

The Layout

We wanted to minimize the on-site build up as much as possible to limit time on site and respect restrictions such as noise limits because the installation dates were during the holy month of Ramadan. This meant that we had to build the entire pop-up in a modular fashion so that it could travel and be installed in a short period of time.

The Production

The SNB team was also in charge of the art installations inside the pop-up, as well as the installation of moving lights around the stand, an infinity tunnel fit-out with a plethora of AV that focused on the rich history of Cartier's range, and, of course, bespoke, scratch resistant laminate flooring.

All of the bespoke finishes (laminates, etc.) were flown into Dubai from Paris, and the inventory was managed by our team, ready for installation on site.

Travel was not easy at the time, as the launch occurred during the height of Global COVID restrictions. Flights were prohibited due to a travel embargo. This meant traveling by road, and for the SNB team (22 crew members/Team Leader/ Project Manager) and the packed pop-up stand, this meant a 1000km journey across the desert to Riyadh from our warehouse in the UAE.

The launch took place in multiple countries, and our client relied heavily on our knowledge of the Middle Eastern market to ensure the launch's success.
